CFE Program


This program is for the CrossFit or Stayoung Fitness member wanting 1 quality speed and 1 interval strength weekday workout or 1 weekday and a weekend group long run. Runners will be able to run/walk for at least 30 minute or 3 miles. Must be in good-standing with your gym. 

                                   Trainings will be at Stayoung Fitness and Frisco CrossFit

                                                                YOU PICK THE 2 DAYS!

Tuesday 530AM or 700PM @ Hunt MS ... Track! Speed work with strength, core, and balance exercises mixed in.

Thursday 530AM or 700PM @ CrossFit or Stayoung ... Interval training with strength, core, balance, endurance and speed training mixed in.

Saturday 700AM @ Stayoung ... Long group run or 3-6 mile time trial.
