Virtual Strength Training, 3/19
This is the “Virtual Interval Training Workout” today. You will need some dumbbells or just skip it and do jump squat.
Warm up 400 m and dynamic stretch
2 Rounds
400m at Interval pace
12 burpees
30 total mountain climbers
12 push ups
30 squats
400 m at interval pace
10 squats with 10-25# dumbbell press (thruster) … no dumbbells.. jump squat.
30 low back extensions (Superman)
8 feet elevated push ups
20 lunges each leg
400 m at interval pace
3 minute rest
2 miles easy
