The Frisco Running Club is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors committed to supporting our mission and ensuring responsible stewardship of the organization.

Morten Lileng, President
Morten is a certified running coach and long-distance runner with over 10 years of coaching experience. He has completed 30 marathons and several ultramarathons, bringing both personal racing experience and professional coaching expertise to his leadership of FRC. As President, Morten is committed to fostering a supportive community where runners of all levels can pursue their goals in a healthy, sustainable way. His coaching philosophy emphasizes patience, resilience, and the transformative power of consistent training.

Board members serve one-year (12-month) terms, beginning with or at the close of the annual membership meeting, and meet quarterly to oversee club operations, finances, and strategic direction.
