From track to social runs, hill repeats, and interval training there’s a workout to fit your goals. Chances are, there’s a run or workout to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, they’re packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who’ll inspire and push you. Check Facebook first for events or the FRC Calendar for time and location. FB is the best way to keep in touch. Sometimes we go on field trips.

5:00 AM Trent Middle School

7:00 PM Lawler Middle School
- Check FB in case of location change.
March-October (Daylight Savings)
3-4 miles of different distances from 100-1600 meters. Strength work between runs for added fun! All paces welcome and modifications if needed. Some keep running through the winter. Check FB.
Wednesday
Social Run 5:00AM

Saturday
6:00 AM June-Oct
7:00 AM Nov-May
These runs are usually from the Frisco Running Company Store.
3-20 miles depending on races, schedules, and program. All paces welcome.

Pace Groups and Pacers
The FRC Pace Groups are designed to make each run a fun and safe experience for all our runners, and group runners of same level together.
The pace groups are based on the anticipated race pace for half and full marathon.
