From track to social runs, hill repeats, and interval training there’s a workout to fit your goals. Chances are, there’s a run or workout to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, they’re packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who’ll inspire and push you. Check Facebook first for events or the FRC Calendar for time and location. FB is the best way to keep in touch. Sometimes we go on field trips.

3-4 miles of different distances from 400-1600 meters. Strength work between runs for added fun! All paces welcome and modifications if needed. Some keep running through the winter. Check FB.

Workouts are geared towards runners and triathletes to get you stronger so you can go longer. Light weight, body weight, and running is in every workout. First workout is free.
Last Thursday of month is HILL work. 7 PM
Warren Park Sports Complex. Meet at football field parking lot. 3-4 miles of hills plus strength work.
