Hi there, from time to time we get asked where our running schedule is at. You can find our generic running schedule by clicking on this link. Also, if you sign up for our running programs (free 2021) you will get weekly emails. The emails are geared towards the participants of our half- and full marathon programs but you can join any of the workouts.
