How to Print Your Training Calendar from VDOT
Some of our runners prefer having a paper copy of their training plan to glance at — totally understandable! Here’s a quick way to print your calendar right from VDOT:
Step 1: Log in to your VDOT account: https://vdoto2.com/
Step 2: Go to your Training Calendar.
Step 3: In the top-right corner, look for the Print option.
Step 4: Select your desired date range (for example, the whole season or just a few weeks).
Step 5: Click Print — then either send it to your printer or save it as a PDF for digital use.
Now you’ve got your plan in hand, ready for the fridge, gym bag, or training journal.
For those who prefer keeping things digital, remember that the VDOT app is always the source of truth and will update automatically with any changes to your plan.
